I founded the firm in 2019, after 15 years of experience in an American and an Italian firm. My practice area is corporate: I deal with extraordinary transactions, advisory, compliance and litigation.

Dad, cyclist, husband and lawyer. I like difficult things because they are beautiful.

In the firm since 2021, I mainly deal with compliance, with a particular focus on Legislative Decree 231/2001, for multinational companies, SMEs, multinational companies and public administrations. I have recently specialized in the certification process for gender equality.

To start the day off right I listen to True Crime podcasts.

An economics graduate with more than 15 years of experience in Marketing in market-leading companies, I have made the firm my new professional project since 2019. I take care of office management and internal budget analysis.

I love familiar and cosy working environments. A smile and a good coffee cannot be missed.
